01Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply. Understanding these terms will help you interpret your rights and obligations as an a6win player.

• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by a6win that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn or converted to real PKR balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered through eligible games before withdrawal of bonus-related winnings is permitted.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used for all transactions on the a6win platform.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register an account on a6win, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception. These requirements exist to protect both players and the integrity of the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
• You must be accessing a6win as an individual, not as a corporate entity or on behalf of a third party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended a6win account. Each person is entitled to exactly one account.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register that applies to a6win's operations.

a6win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a government-issued CNIC, a recent utility bill showing your address, or confirmation of the payment method used. Players who fail to provide requested verification documents within 30 days of the request will have their accounts suspended pending verification, and withdrawal requests will be held during that period.

Registration of an account constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full, including any amendments published after the date of registration. It is your responsibility to check for updates to these terms.

03Account Responsibilities

Your a6win account is personal to you. You are entirely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. a6win cannot be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account that occurs due to your failure to protect your login credentials.

• Keep your password confidential. Do not share it with family members, friends, or any third party.
• Do not allow any other person to use your a6win account to place bets, even temporarily.
• Notify a6win immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party by contacting support@a6win.click.
• Ensure that your registered contact details — including your mobile number and email address — remain accurate. Outdated contact information can delay verification, withdrawals, and account recovery.
• Do not attempt to transfer your account, balance, or bonuses to another player's account under any circumstances.

a6win will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from a6win and requesting your password or full payment credentials is fraudulent. Report such communications to the support team immediately.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on a6win are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept or process any foreign currency. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals on a6win:

Deposits are credited to your a6win balance immediately upon successful processing by the payment provider. a6win does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees — a6win has no control over and bears no responsibility for third-party fees.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. a6win reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods that were not used for deposits without written approval from the a6win compliance team.

Pending withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the player before they are processed, at which point the funds return to the account balance. Once a withdrawal has been processed on a6win's end, it cannot be reversed regardless of the payment provider's subsequent processing time.

05Bonuses & Promotions

a6win offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players who have been flagged for bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or violation of these terms are not eligible for promotional offers.
• Each bonus has a stated wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered through qualifying games before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonuses not cleared within this window are forfeited without compensation.
• Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Typically, Aviator, Crash Games, and Card Games contribute 100%. Jackpot Slots may contribute at a reduced rate. The specific contribution rate is listed in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bets placed using bonus funds may be subject to a cap, typically Rs 500 per round. Bets above this cap while bonus funds are active may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering completion process.

a6win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is terminated after a player has already claimed a bonus, the wagering requirements and any accumulated progress toward those requirements remain valid for 30 days from the termination date.

Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — through systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, through coordination with other accounts, or through any other manipulative approach — will have bonuses cancelled, associated winnings forfeited, and may have their accounts suspended.

06Gameplay Rules

All games on a6win operate under specific game rules that are displayed within the game interface. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to individual game rules. In the event of conflict between these terms and individual game rules, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless the game rule is more specific to the situation at hand.

• Game outcomes on a6win are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for digital games, and by live physical dealing for live dealer games. Neither a6win nor any player can predict or influence outcomes in advance.
• For Provably Fair games (including Aviator and certain crash titles), the crash point or outcome is cryptographically sealed before the round begins. Players can verify outcomes using the seed hash displayed in the game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game round, a6win's policy is to void the affected round and return the bet to the player's balance. Partial payouts for interrupted rounds are not made.
• Bets cannot be reversed once placed and a game round has begun. Ensure your bet amount is correct before confirming.
• In live poker and table games, the rules of the specific game variant apply as displayed at the table. a6win's dealer decisions are final.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on a6win. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure.

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one a6win account under any identity.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, fabricated identity documents, or any form of financial deception to fund an account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to a6win. All chargeback claims are investigated and disputed by a6win.
• Bot use: Using automated scripts, betting bots, click automation software, or any technology designed to place bets or make decisions without real-time human input.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in poker or other competitive games to gain an unfair advantage over uninvolved players.
• Exploit-based wagering: Systematically exploiting a game mechanic, pricing error, or technical glitch to generate profits that would not be available under normal operating conditions.
• Money laundering: Using a6win to deposit funds derived from illegal activity, or to layer or integrate proceeds of crime through gaming transactions.

08Intellectual Property

All content on the a6win platform — including but not limited to game graphics, interface design, game logic, software code, brand assets, written content, promotional materials, and the a6win name and logo — is the intellectual property of a6win or its licensed content providers.

Players are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the a6win platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse-engineering, screen capture for commercial purposes, or any other use of a6win's intellectual property outside of the platform's intended functionality.

Any unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of a6win's content or branding will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

09Limitation of Liability

a6win provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure consistent, reliable access for all players, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network disruptions, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or individual games.

11Responsible Gaming

12Account Termination & Suspension

• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Detection of prohibited activities including multi-accounting or bot use
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
• At the player's own request for account closure

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited at a6win's discretion. Where closure is requested by the player without any breach on their part, the available balance (excluding any locked or pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the registered payment method within 5 business days.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact support@a6win.click with their account details and a closure request. Voluntary account closures are processed within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.

13Changes to These Terms

a6win reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be required in response to regulatory developments, new platform features, evolving operational practices, or legal requirements.
